Role Overview: Barclays is seeking a Research Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing processes to facilitate the production and delivery of research products to clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service and continual improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute processes for producing and delivering research products to clients.
• Identify and implement changes to systems and processes to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with Research Analysts, management, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance processes and technology.
• Adhere to high standards of risk management and controls, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

• Take responsibility for the team’s operational processes and escalate policy breaches appropriately.
