Will Barclay Meets With BNAR Members in Amherst

On October 22, the members of the BNAR’s government affairs committee welcomed?New York State Assembly Minority Leader William Barclay to our Amherst office. Leader Barclay, a native of Syracuse, has represented the 120th Assembly District in Central New York since 2002. Barclay was elected unanimously by his colleagues in 2020 as Leader of the Assembly Minority Conference. He works closely with WNY representatives on issues affecting the business community and focuses on policies that will benefit residents of the upstate population. Our Realtor members had a lively discussion with Leader Barclay in an informal setting, discussing the cold call ban, eviction moratorium, the upcoming?race for governor in 2022 and a number of other current topics.
