How Damon Neale conquered SQE1 & SQE2 with BARBRI
Damon Neale's path to becoming a solicitor is unconventional. With a media communications background, he has built multiple companies and worked as a business and IT consultant.?
Experiencing legal injustices fuelled his passion for law. Damon co-founded The Law Corner, a charity providing pro bono legal advice. Through his volunteer work, he gained the Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) needed for his SQE journey.
Balancing his career with studies, Damon chose the 40-week SQE1 prep course with BARBRI. “By following the BARBRI method and the PSP, I was able to study when it was convenient for me,” he shares. This flexibility helped him manage his study time around his work commitments. He is now doing the SQE2 Prep course and is on his way to becoming a qualified solicitor!
