Barbados Independent Film Festival 2018

The second annual Barbados Independent Film Festival is kicking off this week from January 9th -14th!

I've been involved with this incredible event since inception and the festival has grown in leaps and bounds in just one year. The team has been working tirelessly to execute a really diverse, multi sensory experience, with something for everyone at a number of beautiful venues across the island.

There are award winning actors, directors, screen writers and creatives flying in from all over the world to be a part of BIFF to host workshops, attend screenings and of course, to have a great time in Barbados.

This festival isn't just about the films, it's about the intimate, personalised experiences curated by a passionate team who really put their heart and soul in to this event. Since it's such a small festival, BIFF features a little bit of everything, but the goal is really to feature novel storytelling that ignites passion in the audience and evokes aspirations to a better future.
