The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for a Banquet Chef to join this talented culinary team!
Since 1955, the hotel has hosted memorable moments etched in history from dazzling red carpet events to celebrity galas and we want you to be a part of the team who combines the excitement and entertainment of Hollywood with the prestige of Beverly Hills.
This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will oversee the banquet kitchen managing a team of 15-20 and reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent culinarian and leader with a passion for creating unique experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and the ability to inspire innovation. At least two (2) years’ experience as a Banquet Chef with a background in high-volume and upscale events is required. Prior union experience is a plus.
