Why did you choose to join BankingON?

It all started with the fact that, from my youth, I was interested in the activities of my cousin and he suggested I become a part of the team. I started my journey in the Agile Fusion company, which preceded the uprise of BankingON. In 2014, I was still a student and completed a summer internship at the RND center in St. Petersburg. I continued my studies, but I never stopped following the progress of the company. I was looking at the activities of the company from the outside, but it was as if I had been participating in it all. So, I can say that it was like BankingON was always meant to be.

How long have you been a part of the BankingON family?

At the end of 2019, I made the decision of coming back as a full-time employee at BankingON. In January 2020, I started working in BankingON’s office (previously located in St. Petersburg). Oh, what a memorable year - 2020.

What is unique about BankingON to you?

People, definitely. It’s all about the people who work on our product and the attitude between them. The uniqueness lies in the fact that you really feel like you are at home. Like in a harmonious family: where you will be taken care of, where you will be praised, mistakes will be pointed out, and help corrected without any fines. The BankingON family is our safe place and this is the achievement of each of us.

How would you describe BankingON's culture?

Agile. Collaborative. Fast-paced. Flexible. And, of course, passionate.

Explain your average day or week at work.

Actually, it's not so easy to explain! It depends on the day, but there are always communications with members of the team, some administrative work, and interviews. When we had an office in St. Petersburg for example, we had a morning ritual to drink coffee together and discuss the latest news. Now at the office in Montenegro, we have a call every Wednesday where we can see each other and chat on topics.

What is one of your favorite work memories?

There are a lot of them. When I find a person who meets our technical requirements, has the same ideas about the values of the culture in the company, and as a result, becomes a member of our family - this is always my favorite work moment and memory.?

What value does BankingON bring to employees?

In my opinion, BankingON brings the opportunity for dependability and responsibility, as well as a positive environment. In our family, we have a voice that allows each team member to feel their opinion matters. This motivates everyone to be honest and integrious. The company gives us ways to develop as better workers and better versions of ourselves. I can see how much the company wants to create a long-lasting, successful, and motivating work environment (listening to the opinions of other employees and improving company culture step by step). It says a lot.
