8 å¹´Chat bots will do nicely for the simple customer calls where queries fit neatly into predesigned data retrieval tasks. This information is also capably served up by most apps, but in visual form. I would guess most millennials would much sooner launch an App than dial the call center. However, I think the real challenge lies in addressing customer service issues or problems. Not to pile on, but what chat bot would have capably resolved a customer's questions about a fictitious account at Wells Fargo?
