ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: The metaverse refers to a virtual-reality space in which users can interact with each other using avatars. In 2022 alone, the metaverse reached an all time high of 400 million monthly users, according to consulting company KZero Worldswide . At 美国银行 , the company is using virtual reality to explore new training opportunities and even ways to address mental health through wellness programs.
Mike Wynn, the innovations and solutions design executive for the academy at Bank of America,?has spearheaded most of the bank's recent metaverse integrations since 2020. He shares how he got employees on board with wearing VR headsets at work, and how it's changed their approach to employee engagement.
