# Garments_textile_sector is showing signs of a single return to subareas:
When the lockdown started in Europe, America, Australia, New Zealand due to Coronavirus in early March, Bayergon started suspending/cancelling one order after another.
By the end of March, the order suspension/cancellation amount dropped to about 50%. There is a huge push across the sector. If export orders continue to decline in this way, it will be difficult to keep the garments-textiles active.
A notification was also sent to suspend the shipment of clothes from China. Throughout April, the situation was tense.
By the grace of God, in the beginning, / middle of May, the situation in Australia, New Zealand, some countries in Europe and America started improving. The lockdown situation there started to get normal.
From mid-May, notifications of suspended/cancelled orders begin to arrive. The light of hope peeks out.
Because the garments-textile sector is not an export market of 10-20-50 million. Rather it involves billions upon billions of dollars in exports, directly and indirectly involving millions of people, families, businesses and the garments-textile sector.
LC, the bulk of the banking sector in the import-export process, earns a significant portion by investing in projects. Manufacturers and suppliers of levels, tags, buttons, zippers, sewing threads, poly, cartoons, etc. in backward linkages are directly dependent on the garments-textile sector. Cargo, which carries goods from the factory to the port, accounts for a large share of the revenue of the transport agencies with the garments-textile sector.
The activation of old orders and the search for new orders is a beacon of hope. Buyers' stores are empty. Sales demand is increasing. Even buyers are offering to take shipments on freight (air) at their own expense. Because the goods have to reach their outlet at the fastest time.
InshaAllah I see the light of hope. Even then, by the grace of God, I hope everything will be back to normal by November-December. Even before this, the garments-textile sector may be normal
However, it is a great challenge to be able to withstand the shock of the last two or three months and survive the next 3-4 months. If small and medium industries can be sustained with incentives, they too will turn around, InshaAllah.
In these difficult times, some owners of the garments-textile sector are trying to keep the workers at bay despite hundreds of obstacles, setbacks and difficulties.
Some organization owners are not directly involved. Run the organization with senior officials. The real image of the workers and employees of these organizations is less reaching the owners. In that case, there is a possibility of deprivation of workers and employees.
The coronavirus will not last forever but there is no alternative to being humane with subordinates, towards workers in such difficult times. The opportunity to be sympathetic to people may never come.
To create a table on how to get everyone out of this catastrophic situation with no layoffs for the next few months based on low orders, low shipments without layoffs.
Alhamdulillah, by the infinite grace of Allah, the honourable owner of our organization has been trying from the very beginning to ensure that no one is fired. I think the satisfaction and prayers of the employees of the organization also play a role in the improvement of the organization. It is as if the owners of all the organizations will try to keep their employees away without pushing them away.
Good luck to everyone.
