All businesses, even the very very best, face problems. When addressing these problems some businesses do a better job at actually fixing them than do others. The most common reason is how they approach solving those problems. All too often, business leaders address the symptoms or the visible problem and not the cause of the problem. That is akin to putting a bandaid on a wound and hoping it heals. It takes more.
