"Cuenta Fácil" can be opened in minutes through digital environments where new clients start the account opening process with our MobbScan solution.
MobbScan verifies the customers' identity who want to open a bank account. The technology proves the information therein by automatically scanning an identity document, such as the DUI (Documento único de Identidad) or resident card. It identifies the customer through biometric facial recognition, all automatically.
After scanning the document, the user moves to the facial recognition step. In this step, we ask the customer to take a selfie that includes liveness detection. Once this step is completed, biometric algorithms compare the photo taken with the picture of the ID card to ensure that the individual performing the process is its owner.
