The monsoons are here. Besides lowering the mercury and bringing us respite from the heat, they teach us an important lesson—to be prepared. A rainy day has its own set of potholes, leaks, broken umbrellas, mosquitoes, colds, and coughs. They are all part of the package.

The keyword, I repeat, is to be prepared. As my colleague highlighted in this blog last week, life is uncertain. At Bandhan Life, we are ending this uncertainty by making life insurance easy and accessible to the many Bharats in India.

The bancassurance channel is one of the fastest-growing distribution channels for life insurance in India. Reports suggest it already accounts for a significant share (around 33%) of the individual life insurance market, which is expected to rise further. The synergy between banks and insurance companies creates a powerful platform for growth, enabling both entities to expand their customer base and enhance service delivery.
