I have just launched my own recruitment and talent development company (www.engagetransform.co.uk) for Finance and IT professionals. I am a qualified accountant with 23 years work experience in finance departments of major corporations advancing to Finance and IT Director, I started the business as I saw a gap in the market and believe the team and I can offer unparalleled service to clients and candidates. From a candidate perspective, we can assist with CV writing, interview preparation and coaching for those stuck at the same level and not sure how to progress.
