Exact or accurate formation, position, or adjustment: to be out of true.
the true, something that is true; truth.

In a true manner; truly; truthfully.
exactly or accurately. in conformity with the ancestral type: to breed true.
I interpret the imaginary word, “truing” to mean that it is a method of correcting the software, (which is broken in the first place, or commingled with the practice of holding over on your mil marks, when outside 1/3 of the optical center of the visual field of view of the lens), so that it is in compliance with a specified reality or truth. However, it is in reality, attempting to repair the broken software in order to produce a matching trajectory/path of flight; cheating the drag curve so that the software appears to produce correct solutions. This is accomplished at one density altitude, which will force the user to re-true at different AO’s.
The question arises, if one must “true” the trajectory, (repair the software) for the vertical path of flight, why isn’t it mandatory to “true” the trajectory for the horizontal path of flight?
