What type screw does Maple adopt ?

There are three type of screw in market :

1.Ball screw

2.Lead screw

3.Feed screw

Maple adopts ball screw to make our machine model.


What are ball screw composition?

(1)Screw shaft (2) Nuts (3) Steel ball (4) Fixing seat (5) Wiper (6) Return pipe

What size of ball screw’s pitch?

Maple adopts 12mm as standard.

If you wanna upgrade rapid feed rate from 36/36/36 to 48/48/48m/min ,

there’s necessary to upgrade ball screw’s pitch from 12 to 16mm.


What brand ball screw does Maple adopt ?

Maple adopts HIWIN and PMI made in Taiwan.
