Balasa Dinverno Foltz Sells to CI Financial: A Powerful Partnership

Very pleased to have served as the exclusive financial advisor to Balasa Dinverno Foltz (“BDF”) on its sale to CI Financial (TSX: CIX). The transaction vaults CI Financial’s U.S. wealth management to approximately $11 billion as of July 2020; at nearly $5 billion, BDF is CI Financial’s largest acquisition to date.
