We are delighted to be hosting in partnership with DigiTally the next round table event, on March 26th.?

Patrick McDermott, CEO of DigiTally, will bring together leaders from across the food service sector to explore how operators and consultants can balance sustainability and profitability.

With a focus on innovation, accountability, and industry leadership, she helps Aramark meet evolving ESG standards while making a meaningful difference for people and the planet.


Genevieve Boast, Group Head of Sustainability, Thomas Franks.

Genevieve is working with the incredible team at Thomas Franks to bring to life the breadth of their sustainable mission, vision, and values, while integrating ESG principles into the very DNA of the organisation. With a strong focus on social and environmental impact, their approach is structured around six core pillars: Clients at Our Core, True Family Culture, Ethical Local Supply Chains, Health & Nutrition, Environmental Leadership, and Community Impact & Investment. Passionate about driving responsible business practices, Genevieve is committed to ensuring sustainability is not just a goal but a fundamental part of how Thomas Franks operates and thrives.


This engaging and thought-provoking session will be taking place in Central London from 4pm – 6pm, offering a unique opportunity to connect with industry peers, exchange ideas, and drive meaningful conversations.
