Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition processes, systems, and tools to improve recruitment performance and ensure compliance and quality assurance. Guide the talent acquisition team to execute hiring for high-profile clients, develop comprehensive staffing strategies, provide internal and external labor market intelligence, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and build and maintain relationships at all levels of leadership. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering consistent and flawless service execution to our internal and external stakeholders.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Midtown)
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $96,500 to $125,000 per year

Job Summary

Leadership and Development
- Lead a Talent Acquisition (TA) team that will provide best-in-class recruitment, to include but not limited to, partnering with managers to develop a robust and effective recruiting strategy, maintain posted positions, source top talent, screen and interview candidates that align with the positions, extend offers, and deliver an overall exceptional candidate experience
- Maintain a thorough understanding of TA processes and recruitment systems to ensure alignment with current recruitment processes and represent Talent Acquisition as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in projects across the enterprise
- Effectively participate in collaborative conversations with business leaders, hiring managers, and human resource leaders to leverage expertise of the labor market and strategies to attract the right talent to fill open roles.
- Evaluate and monitor KPIs and metrics to identify processes changes/enhancements to optimize recruitment and HR processes and develop standardized processes
- Lead the continuous improvement of the TA processes, systems, and tools to improve recruitment performance, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
- Work with Human Resources on changes/enhancements to documentation, toolkits, checklists, etc., and training needs
- Partners with VP of Operations to maintain and update project plans for process improvement initiatives and TA projects identifying operational risks and issues relating to service delivery and support resolutions, escalating risks/issues
- Create and maintain TA process maps and workflow diagrams for all recruitment processes and tools
- Continuously review and update standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Accountable to ensure process documentation, process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOP), etc. is maintained in designated repository (DocStar)
- Design and develop and implement a quality assurance program to ensure flawless execution of recruitment and HR processes and procedures
- Partner with Corporate business functions (i.e. HR, Legal, Safety) as needed to understand regulatory and compliance requirements for pre-employment activities to mitigate risk to business locations
- Track and monitor training completed and provide timely updates to leadership
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business, etc.), advanced degree preferred - MBA
- 10 + years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience required
- 10 years in Facilities Management field a plus
- 3+ years of training experience in developing, documenting, and presenting training materials and 2 years with process improvement
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Broad and deep knowledge of equal employment and affirmative action laws and guidelines, related to compliance as well as current trends and best practices
- Understanding of recruitment processes and systems
- Experience working with HR data and reports, including analyzing applicant data
- This position has supervisory responsibility for 1 non-exempt level employee
