If I were given the chance to come clean about something that has profoundly shifted my life, and never have to say it again, it would be this: the year 2020 came in like a flood and changed my entire trajectory. Everything after that year feels like a blur or a constant fight for survival. The world is still trying to recover, our bodies have faced an illness like no other, and our minds are still grappling with the enormity of what happened.

Yet, life must go on. We must move forward and strive to create a new sense of normalcy. I’ve been and still am—on a journey to find ways to optimise my life. Not just to exist or survive, but to truly live and experience every moment to the fullest.

This pursuit is inspired by a scripture I recently read: Ecclesiastes 9:10: “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going.”
