While having my morning coffee I realized that coffee never knew it would taste so nice and sweet, before it met milk and sugar. Taste of coffee is enhanced with good company and crunchy cookies. A little bit of further reading enhanced by knowledge that only coffee consists of less than 10% of total calories that milk coffee offers.
Best teams are built with great individuals with brilliance in specific subjects working for a common goal. As a leader (coffee cup) it’s my responsibility to have the right calories of ingredients (team members) to blend to serve tasty coffee. I have been fortunate to serve the best coffee to my clients multiple times. Looking back at my professional journey, we are good as individuals but become better when we meet and blend with the right people.

2 年So well said Rajat. The most important thing is to blend it properly (a good team). Being together in a coffee you can get the individual taste of Milk, Sugar of Coffee too. That's the mantra for a team success.
