When it comes to mastering the financial aspects of your business, many owners correctly focus on their Profit & Loss Statement but pay very little attention to their?BALANCE SHEET.?
This is a big mistake because the Balance Sheet provides incredible insight into improving the financial performance of your company.??
The Balance Sheet not only gives you a snapshot of where your business is now but can able to predict the future of your financial performance.?Failure to learn a few basic financial principles is like ignoring the weather forecast if you are a pilot or captain.??
Suddenly your business can find itself ill-equipped to handle a storm.?Whether the storm is a result of your own decisions or outside of your control (like COVID19, Supply Chain, Inflation, etc).?Your Balance Sheet can help you prepare for and navigate the future of your company.
Instead,?you can master a few fundamental financial principles and easy-to-calculate ratios to guide your business to sustainable success.?This will result in improved cash flow, additional working capital, and ultimately, improved profitability. [Hint] You can deploy these principles and see results without having to increase revenue...but increasing revenue is fun!?
So, the next time you feel empowered to improve your financial mastery, just remember the sustaining success of your business may be achieved by learning to leverage the financial tools revealed on your?BALANCE SHEET.?
I have developed a program to help business owners achieve these results and would be happy to share the whole system with you when you are ready to take action.?
Regards,
?Patrick

2 年I praise you Patrick Shurney for putting together a program to help business owners understand their financial forecast. I like how you spin a business balance sheet similar to knowing what the weather forecast has on deck for us. As a direct lender, I'll be honest - the most common company prepared financial not readily available for me to review is the balance sheet. It's a must for the lender to have to help determine credit decision. Remember this business owner! Reach out to Patrick to help you improve your company's financial position. ??
