Life is essentially about balance — a balance of emotions, a balance of reactions, and a balance of responses.
Our emotions and impulses are often determined by both nature and nurture. They are not set in stone. We can make simple changes in habits and thoughts to bring that balance and inner peace into our lives.
Sometimes, simple solutions do not appeal to us. We do not want to believe that the answers to our tough life challenges lie in a simple action.
As humans, we are given the tools and resources to handle any challenge life throws at us. Anything can be accomplished if we focus better, trust in ourselves, and persist with conviction.
We are often distracted by a victim mentality or due to comparisons over other people’s achievements or their apparent uncomplicated living.

If I have to answer on how we can achieve a balance in one sentence, it would be - UNDERSTAND YOURSELF

What annoys you?
What makes you feel alive?
Try to listen to your inner voice, follow your intuition, then reflect and research in detail, and work on things with conviction.
A life well lived is, after all, dependent on your understanding of yourself and your perception of events..
