Ok, so I found simply the BEST low calorie on the go snack for me to make here in Bali; no bake, easy to find ingredients too. Superfoods of your choice can be added also of course. Here is the basic ingredients, then you just make sure to be creative in your own right as you please! Just make sure to pre-mix in separate bowls the dry and wet ingredients (excluding the water), then add the wet to the dry, then add in water at end as needed. You want to have the dough be crumbly when adding the wet with spatula then as you add the water, mix and squeeze with your hands. It is easy to separate into 8 balls or you can also use a square pan and cut into bars after you refrigerate for a few hours. Wrap separately or just keep in balls in a tupperware container in fridge!
Each ball/bar is approximately 180 calories.
1/2 cp ground flaxseed (keep in fridge after opening, also can grind own with coffee bean grinder)
2 Tbls coconut flour (it is a nice moist and light taste also)
2 Tbls sesame seeds (raw)
10 Tbls protein powder (your choice)
3 Tbls cacao powder (can use carob)
1 tsp stevia powder (or to taste)

1/3 cp nut butter (I rotate between almond and peanut)
2 Tbls coconut oil (adds moisture and a nice flavor)
1 tsps vanilla extract
1/2 cup of water (more or less as necessary)
