Bahrain National Holding Announces the Establishment of BNH Toastmasters Club

Manama: -?In line with its commitment to invest in the development of its human capital,?Bahrain National Holding?and?Subsidiaries; Bahrain National Insurance (bni) and Bahrain National Life Assurance (bnl) announces the formation of its Toastmasters club which includes employees from various functions and divisions.?The club was formed in January 2022 and conducted its first meeting on the 31st of January where the club executive committee members were chartered, and 20 members were installed.

Bahrain National Holding is?the first Insurance Group in Bahrain that sponsors a Toastmaster’s club?under the name ‘BNH Group Toastmasters Club”. The purpose of the club establishment comes as part of the Group’s efforts to support employee career progression and development, in particular, enhancing employees’ listening skills, sharpen their presentation skills, boost team collaboration, and develop their leadership abilities to support them in future roles.?

The newly formed club is chaired by Mr. Mohammed Al Wadi and supported by the following executive committee members: Ms. Noof Al Mowsawi-Vice President Education, Mr. Adel Abuhassan-Vice President Membership, Ms. Haifa Mansoor-Vice President Public Relations, Ms. Amina Jassim Club Secretary, Mr. Ahmed Al Jad-Treasurer, and Mr. Ali Hubail-Sergeant at Arms.?

Sameer AlWazzan, Group Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain National Holding, commented: “We recognize that our employees are our most valuable assets, and sponsoring a Toastmasters club will support the development of our employees’ soft skills and brace them for future leadership roles.?It is also in line with the Group's new set ESG strategy and plan of increasing staff’s training initiatives to ensure employees’ continuous satisfaction and growth”.?
