Dear Bagggel Community,
What a thrilling month it's been! July has truly embodied our mission of nurturing future women CEOs, and I'm excited to share our recent triumphs and upcoming opportunities with you.
First, let's talk about our recent masterclass. We hosted Manu Wadhwa, CHRO of Sony Pictures Network, who shared invaluable insights about building equity, essentially how women need to build strategic relationships. Her journey of balancing a demanding career while raising twins resonated deeply with many of us. Manu's emphasis on embracing vulnerability, building your network of mentors and sponsors and intentional networking struck a chord, reminding us that authentic leadership is our greatest strength.
Looking ahead, I'm thrilled to announce our next ‘Being CEO Ready’ masterclass featuring Apurva Chamaria, Head of Startups & Venture Capital at Google India.
Apurva will talk to us about 'Business Strategy: Blueprint for startups and enterprises', a game-changer for aspiring founders and leaders.?
On a different note, we congratulate our players who participated in the Paris 2024 Olympics! Our women athletes, led by the incredible Manu Bhaker, have shown the world what Indian women are capable of. Manu's historic double bronze in shooting is a testament to the power of perseverance and skill - qualities we at Bagggel strive to nurture every day. As we forge ahead, let's carry the spirit of these Olympic champions into our professional lives. Their success is a powerful reminder that with the right support, training, and determination, we can break barriers and achieve the extraordinary.?
Here's to another month of growth, empowerment, and shattering glass ceilings!
Onwards and upwards,
Supria

BEING CEO READY
The Bagggel Flagship conference highlights -
In April 2024, we hosted our first annual conference, "Being CEO Ready," organized by BAGGGEL Foundation - Creating a Balanced World. Surrounded by industry leaders, allies, and change-makers, we embarked on a journey of growth, empowerment, and transformation. As we re}ect on the powerful impact of our annual conference, we are excited to share some of the wonderful insights from our outstanding speakers.
Insights from our Fireside chat, "Decoding the CEO Playbook with Supria Dhanda," were truly transformative. Supria Dhanda's masterful moderation ignited the stage with direct questions, while Avdesh Mittal provided candid insights from inside the ring. Corporate India's call for women CEOs echoes loudly: may the best candidate prevail. It's not about gender at the CEO level; it's about the readiness of your experiences. Hope resonates through this message, emphasizing the importance of making the right choices. Let's embrace this mindset and pave the way for inclusive leadership.
