Holy Competition, Batman! Unlike the U.S. streaming music market, which is dominated by Spotify and Pandora, the massive market of India is up for grabs. Spotify is the only American company truly in on the action as YouTube Music and Amazon Music are relatively stagnant at the bottom (maybe it's the expats). Today, I'm limited in my commentary because I am no expert in the Indian streaming music market. Panera Renews Its Subscription Back in late February 2020, Panera released a $9/month coffee subscription. Unlimited coffee for less than $10/month is a good deal but it was met with bad timing as people had little information on but lots of fear for the fast-spreading COVID-19 coronavirus. With a few changes, including better timing, Panera was able to drive more downloads of its mobile app with the launch of its Unlimited Sip Club. The two main differences are that the subscription covers any beverage and it costs $2 more at $12/month. The name is also better because it ditches the word "subscription" (potential fatigue) and entices with the word "unlimited."
