Toxic bosses leave a mark.
More than once, I've taken over the leadership of organization that previously had a leader who left a lot of damage in their wake.
As much as people are happy to turn the page, bad bosses leave a long shadow, sometimes affecting performance for years in an employee.
In this video I walk you through a conversation you can have with an employee who is still affected from a previous leader, whether it's within your organization or from a different employer.
The conversation will jump start a healing process for them and help them grow in their trust for you the leader.
If you found this helpful, please repost because there might be another manager out there who can use this to help their staff.
