Backing The Upgrade

Are you receiving the fullness of what is available to you right now?

Sometimes we get stuck in expectations of where we think we should be or what we should be doing.?

I’ve gone through amazing moments of clarity on this recently.

I dedicated the time and energy to find my way through the fog and frustration and emerged as an upgraded version of myself.

Through regular sessions with my amazing kinesiologist, I discovered that I had more work to do around expansion and money mindset.?

I needed to examine my feelings of guilt around raising my prices.

Can you relate to this?

My kinesiologist explains her work like catching a thread and pulling it out so that we can examine the thoughts and beliefs that surround it.

During a recent session, she said two things to me that really helped shift something energetically…

“Why aren’t you fully accepting what’s coming yet?”

“Why is there a level of guilt that is running through your system around raising your prices?”

These two threads were so major for where I was at. And the reason she was able to discern this so accurately is that my heart was open.

Here’s a big tip for energetic work:

During any kind of energetic treatment, picture your energetic or spiritual body lifting up through your physical body as you offer it up to your therapist.?

For them to do their work effectively, you need to be consciously and intentionally open.

This is what I did during my recent session and I stepped out of the clinic feeling like something had upgraded.?

I knew I needed to raise my prices. As of 1 July, they went up!

When you raise your prices, you’re not just changing the price. You’re shuffling all of your other programs.

Reflect on what no longer serves, what needs to stay, what can be amalgamated, and how it will change your messaging.?

I knew I needed to fully sink into the vibes that I’ve been calling in for the longest time.

To be seen as the expert.

Being sovereign in who I am.

Being unapologetic with all the things I’ve been building up to this point.

What is it that you really want??

Come back to your bigger vision, your purpose work and the deepest part of what drives you.?

When you know your energetic values and what connects you to this vision, you’ll become such a magnet.?

This deep work keeps you centered and grounded so that you don’t need permission from anyone else to back your upgrade.?
