Back to School
HR Design Consulting
the complete program for the development of people in organizations
It was a long summer full of events and things we all learned from. It was a summer in which we had the opportunity to meet many Romanian students studying in universities all over the world. It was also a summer where we completed or started projects, all in the field we love so much, namely Human Resources.
And because these days (regardless of country and continent) school starts, we thought of giving the title of our first article - "Back to school".
"Back to school" is not just an expression for the little ones, and it doesn't only refer to pupils or students. It actually refers to all of us, adults who return to the office whether we're entrepreneurs, managers or employees.
This period is full of challenges. Because is not always very easy to want to return to work with the same passion to achieve things compared with the period before going on vacation.
So, let's see what would be the main challenges that an employee, manager or entrepreneur may have currently:
First of all, it's about the nostalgia for the holiday season and the fact that no matter how inviting your office or living room is... nothing compares to sitting on the beach and sipping an ice-cold drink.
Secondly, it's about the amount of tasks and things still unfinished, which you left before going on vacation. Those tasks are still in the same stage until you decide to continue and complete them. The volume of tasks not yet done also leads to another major difficulty regarding your motivation to get back to work, with a reasonable level of enthusiasm.
And so, we can continue with even more reasons that prevent you from getting back to your professional activity with same speed and precision that you were used to.
Well, what should be done? How can all this be resolved?

First, if you love what you do, you can more easily overcome all inherent obstacles to professional reactivation and returning yourself to a high level of professional functioning.
Also, if you take things one at a time (separated by their level of importance and urgency) you'll be able to divide the volume of tasks into specific areas or sections. So, by dealing with each section separately, you can move forward much more efficiently in the sea of problems waiting in line to be solved.
There are several other solutions, but we propose not to exhaust the subject in a single article. So, we promise to continue to tackle this subject of professional reactivation in our next articles.
Thanks for reading and see you soon!
