Back to school for all of us (weird time of year)

I don't know about you - but this time of year, back to school time - always feels a bit like a new year!

Relief washing over me for sure, now the kids are back in some kind of routine - and I'm raring to go after the Summer. I find that even if i'm not away, it's a quiet time - when many clients and suppliers are away, allowing me to do a bit of catch up - and I can't help myself when I come up with grand plans of what I want to get my teeth into next, or do better or BE better.

A bit like the resolutions when we started a new term at school, to write nicely in our new exercise books - always do homework early to avoid stress - not lose the contents of my pencil case - grand plans indeed.

Now, employees and colleagues seem to be rested and albeit a bit of Summer time blues, they too are happy to be back in a normal routine - refreshed and ready to go.

I thought this would be an ideal time of year to work with business owners to help them get really focused on what comes next - establishing the Core Value of what they are all about, defining the Culture of their businesses, refining their Vision realigning/ Creating Goals - so .....
