Back to School

What happens when a few self motivated & internally charged up bunch of people come together and work toward one goal... one mission... one idea...

It's called, "MAGIC".

We, at API (Mumbai office), witnessed something similar happening in last quarter. We launched "Back to School" on the April Fool's day this year with an objective of stimulating the child within and taking everyone back to the days, they miss the most, School Days.

We created four houses and had a competition among them on who drives the best Employee Engagament Program for the remaining houses.

What started as a small time and fun initiative, turned out to be one of the most aggressive yet engaging one with people going all their way out to perform and fighting for the marks/ scores (in a healthy way, obviously) and putting their 100% to score that leader position... It was such a fun explaining them why they got, what they got... That was the best part as it deminstrated how much they owned the process...

While all the houses performed exceedingly well, today, we declared the Best House and the Runner Up house of the Quarter Award... We also acknowledged the Most Contributing member of the Quarter as well for their efforts...

What a fulfilling feeling...
