Over the past two years, I have been asked numerous times to bring our group planning sessions back, and we finally have the capacity to kick them off again in 2025.

This is a full-day workshop split into two high-impact sessions:
Morning: Building Your 100-Day Business Plan ?
In the morning, we’ll dive deep into your business strategy. With tools like the Rockefeller Habits Checklist, you’ll identify the top priorities that will move your business forward and create a 100-day action plan. You’ll get insights into:

Afternoon: Crafting Your 100-Day Marketing Plan??
After lunch, we’ll focus on marketing. Whether it’s customer acquisition, lead generation, or brand positioning, we’ll help you identify the biggest opportunities for your business. You’ll walk away with:

- Quick wins to boost your performance immediately.

Evening: Dinner and networking (optional)
Following the formal part of the day, we will move on to dinner and drinks to continue building on the relationships formed during the day.
