Back to Office!? - It's a mixed emotion

Feels like just yesterday and at the same time a century ago we turned our homes into personal office spaces in an unprecedented moment in history. Almost over night we adjusted to the work from home environment. While some employers believe this work from home phase as an aberration that needs to be rectified right away. Most seem to proceed with the stance of "Hybrid Office" for now only to merge with the earlier group, in the near future of having all employees back to office. Leaders in many organizations are stating that in-person work at office will enhance the collaboration, innovation, organizational culture manifold and stitch the bigger picture better.
But are we ready to leave the comfort of our blankets, that login in bed and venture into the office space specifically designed to make us more productive? Some of us eager to finally get back, some battling the reality that work from the mountains or beaches is in the past and some anxious about stepping into the the office again or perhaps for the first time. A good start is probably slow with a few gettogethers, connects or just jumping back in. There is so much to consider in terms of re-infection, commute, flexibility. Unlike when we switched to work from home overnight, this time there no one way of doing this except coming to terms with the fact that it maybe time to take our changed minds and bodies back into a normal we do not fully remember now and make it our own, together.
