Datumize did not manage to get through the havoc that COVID caused to our main customer base in the travel industry, but our last, pivoted project survived, although now under new management.

Those were the times where people needed to worry about the quality/performance of their code just so that it would fit in memory and could actually run! Even though I never lived through those times as a dev, I admire those who did and were able to develop amazing systems like those you mentioned.
