Back to the Future: 4 Ways the Arab World Can Avoid Being Colonized, Again!

The more you would think about the future of the Arab world the more you will be reminded of this "joke" as a conversation between 2 Arabs:

Arab 1: I'm so tired of how things are, weren't we better under when we we colonized?

Arab 2: Word, I hear you, but what can we do?

Arab 1: How about we fight that super power nation, then they will have no option to colonize us, we will have "reconstruction" and things will improve.

Arab 2: Sounds fantastic...but wait: What happens if WE win?

While this sarcastic conversation shows how lost how a number of Arab communities, the truth is colonization is no joke it was an evil process that stripped Arab communities, from the west- in Maghrib to the east- Mashirq in Iraq and Arab Gulf Cooperation Council Countries- GCC, and from the Levant in the North to Sudan in the south, of their lives, resources and freedom for almost 4 centuries, through divisive occupation policies, theft of natural resources, murder, torure and violence, rape, and undermining local culture.

Let me tell another joke: One from a developed country asks one from a developing country what are your dreams, the answer was to get me a house, and get social security. The first man replies: I did not ask you about your rights, I asked you about your dreams. How can anyone dreams of anything when the simplest rights are absent
