The good news about our new administration is that they care about people and about educating-informing the American people on their tangible, thoughtful, coordinated actions to make people feel more safe, valued, protected, and welcomed in their own country. Biden-Harris administration in under a week already issued a number of executive orders--strengthened the Buy American rules by incentivizing federal arms to buy domestic products, directed FEMA to create community vaccine centers funded by the federal government (lifting some burden from the states), called for immediate assistance for those struggling to buy food, ramped up manufacturing of supplies, engaged the resources and institutions we've had in place, like OSHA to give clear guidance on CV19 for the workforce forward, created a CV19 health equity task force, assigned a CV19 response coordinator, re-engaged with WHO, put Dr. Fauci in charge as our US liaison. ... and that's just what he did on CV19 to stabilize. On ethnic prejudice; he stopped the crazy expensive (with our tax money) wall-building, fortifies DACA, for example; to make all people in the US contributing to our country and economy feel welcome and safe. Then, on climate, the environment, and our new energy, nature-based future, most important to me; he's re-entered the Paris Agreement to join the rest of the world in our countdown to net zero marathon... just in time. And, thankfully, he was able to stop the Keystone XL pipeline and issued reviews of 100s of other anti-environmental legislation that Trump put in place. And, most important on ethics: he "requires all executive branch appointees to sign an ETHICS PLEDGE barring them from acting in personal interest and requiring them to uphold the independence of the Dept. of Justice." I am thinking back on Joe Biden's speech... He asked us-- all of us, even those who didn't vote for him, to judge his actions and his heart. Well, what do you feel? Joe Biden Kamala Harrisack
