Going back to basics is important in life.
What does back to basics mean?
It means returning to what was simple.
A return to a simpler way of doing something or thinking about something.?
Here are 3 tips on why it's important.
Ready... Set... Go.
Tip #1: To identify what is complex and busy and make a plan to keep it simple.
We are busy all the time.
Things that make things hard on us.
Stress happens.
Headaches happen.
Life happens.
We spend time and attention on things that don't matter.
It can cost you your health, progress, and even relationships.
Remove, reduce, manage, or cut to keep life simple.?
Tip #2: To build a foundation.
Buildings have foundations.
Ever heard or played the game "Jenga"?
Yes, that game.
The game where you don't want to remove the block to make the tower fall.
When you build a foundation, you are setting a system for your life.
Set boundaries.
Tip #3: To fight for what is simple.
When you fight for simplicity, you don't worry.
Fighting for simplicity helps with the following:
- Health management??
- Get consistent and predictable results
- Stressing less
- Helping other people remove things in life that they don't need.
Be clear of what is important to you.
From this article, my hope is for you to take one tip and keep things as simple as you can.
Fight for simplicity.
What else did I miss about going back to basics?

3 年Such a great article Craig Davis. Simplicity is definitely a development area for me. I think you’ve already covered it in your lists, but for me getting really specific on what is and isn’t a priority is critical for me so I don’t fall down the rabbit hole of distraction!
A simplistic theme can save so much hassle, now and later. Fantastic stuff Craig!
