Back to Basics...

I Realized after Corona Virus scare hit that Health is so important. I was ignoring my Health and not leading a Disciplined life style. I decided on March 20 to make some changes and start getting up early. I woke up next day around 5 am in the morning. For the first couple of days it was Challenging and not easy. But then I started to Enjoy it and really enjoy the Peace and Tranquility one gets by waking up so early in the morning. I now wake up at 4 30 am everyday and Love it. Energy level is really high and I take a nap in the afternoon for 30 minutes to cover up my sleep.

I felt that so many things we do that are nothing but needless Distractions. Staying Healthy and Loving our Family and Friends is the most important thing in Life. I can say with Conviction that this is the best thing that I have done in Life. I have been able to gain a lot of Perspective in the last couple of weeks. Hope Everyone stays Happy and Healthy and things get back to normal asap.
