For decades, the social domain has been a major problem. Every day, all kinds of assumptions and opinions are shared on social media about how this problem can be solved. However, no one seems to really know how we can actually tackle this problem. This is mainly because we are trying to address the issues amidst the current situation and changes in legislation. But where did it go wrong exactly? To find out, we need to go back to basics; helping people who are distanced from the labor market to find work.
I am very interested in your opinion on going back to basics. I hope for suggestions on how we can approach this.
