Neoscope’s Success with CyberHoot : Boosting Client Retention and Security
Neoscope took the initiative to make CyberHoot mandatory for 50 of its clients, and the results were impressive. Of the 50 clients, 40 enrolled in the program, and every one of them renewed their MSP agreements for three consecutive years. In contrast, two of the 10 clients who opted out chose to end their contracts, citing a lack of perceived value.
The security impact was equally clear. The 40 clients using CyberHoot experienced only minor incidents, while the 10 who opted out faced two major breaches. This case study highlights how investing in continuous cybersecurity training not only strengthens security but also fosters long-term client loyalty.
