Baby Born at Closing Table?

Ok.. so yes. Technically this is a hospital room for a VERY courageous woman who just had a beautiful baby girl, but this morning it was our CLOSING ROOM! smile emoticon:) Notice that the client is not in the picture? Well that's because like heck she was gonna let me take her picture after giving birth just yesterday! LOL! This is yet another repeat client for us here as of late, as this is the 4th home this client has bought or sold with us. Thank you Kim Mihok for your trust in our abilities and your friendship! SPOILER ALERT: I hope you figure out a baby name quick as I think you can do better than "Jane Doe". I saw the "50,000 Baby Name book on your side table) LOL... congrat's!
