BA Teams: About Blindfolds and ?? Mosquitoes
Esta Lessing, CBAP?
Before you change careers to Business Analysis, you must change your belief system. I help you do both.
Do you sometimes feel like you and your team are working with blindfolds on, have one hand strapped behind your backs and have irritating mosquitoes buzzing around your heads all day?
I have felt like this in some of my roles, even if it was just at?certain?times or whilst working on?certain?projects. Things are not always very clear; direction is at times ambiguous, and you are often asked to do tasks that might be a little (or a lot) outside of your skillset or comfort zone.?
Everyone seem to be pulled into their own direction and doing whatever seems to be that day’s new priority…
My Quest To Solve These??? ???Challenges…
During the last few years, I’ve been working on finding a solution for these issues, at least to make what seem like random chaos become more organised, aligned, and clear specifically for Business Analysis teams…
I’ve had this solution brewing in the back of my mind and periodically I’ve been shoving my ideas, and plans into one of my back corner folders on my laptop for save keeping…
Sometimes I like to sit with an issue and a potential solution for a while….I finally found the right time to bring this out to you…

Team Visioning for Business Analysis Teams?is a straightforward yet impactful framework for Business Analysis Teams to help remove the blindfolds from the team’s eyes, enable the team to use both hands at work and to get rid of the mosquitoes!
