We are thrilled to announce that Thomas Stellpflug , a distinguished Domain Architect and Solution Designer, will be delivering a keynote address at the upcoming European Business Analysis Day on May 15, 2025.?
With over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and 7 years in supply chain management software, Thomas has led bespoke software development in areas such as Operational Support Systems (OSS), Operational Service Readiness (OSR), Automated Service Requests (ASR), and Field Force (FF) management for large-scale projects. His expertise encompasses Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) with UML, classical J2EE three-layer architecture, and cloud-native architecture. He is also adept in mission- and time-critical software development and operations, as well as software and database performance tuning.?
In his keynote session titled "Using Rules and Decision-Making Engines in Large-Scale Projects," Thomas will share insights from Deutsche Telekom's fiber rollout platform, where the team faced the challenge of making complex decisions in near real-time to ensure field engineers had accurate data when interacting with customers.?
