B2C tech platform

Globally, most of the successful enterprise failed to build successful B2C platform except few. The startup has done well in this space. They are able to create B2C platform which has taken world by storm and they are also able to create unprecedented value. We all can count numerous such B2C platform like Uber, Ola, Paytm, Mobikwik, Flipkart, 1mg, Policy Bazar, BookMyShow, NetMed, UrbanClap and others. 

Most of the enterprises are successful in their own business model and making money but they are unable to replicate or create similar success in digital world. For example, none of the bank is able to create the solution like Paytm and Mobikwi. None of the existing retail companies are able to create platform like Flipkart or Amazon. Many of them attempted to built some or other solution but failed to make a mark due to following:

-Low investment 

-Early exit

#SRL - It has built mobile and web platform for its customer doing unprecedented innovation in diagnostic space like loyalty, health survey and tracker. It already has more than 1 million user base with 2.5-3 lac active customer base. It is driving significant business value for the company.

#apollomunich - It has built an app for its users. It track their health and give the various benefit including premium reduction and waiver of the premium. They already have 1 lac+ downloads trying to take their application to new level with new feature and functionality.

We have been part of these solutions and services. Many of these enterprise are leveraging technology in unprecedented way and creating business value by building new age B2C platforms. It is just the beginning but we will see more such B2C solution in coming time which will come from enterprises and create long lasting business value for the organization!
