B2B Targeting and Prospecting

1 – You create your targeted lists using Sales Navigator, Apollo, UpLead etc.

2 – Optimise the LinkedIn profiles for our outbound strategies - using the B2B structure (for example, “the about” section shouldn’t look like a CV, more like a short landing page or a marketing funnel - get attention, talk about pain points/desires of your market, show what you do + your expertise/results/credibility and companies you’ve worked with)

3 – Build a new entry offer

4 – Add a new short VSL (video sales letter) on the home page to increase conversions;?ideally 5-10 mins long (use the video on my website as an example with a good structure)

5 – Divide the territories for each LinkedIn account (or SDR) - so your team members never touch the same leads

6 – Create 7-step outbound sequences for different scenarios with different messages/versions to test

7 – Connect email follow-up systems for a multichannel approach - to increase conversions (what I call “warm emails”, meaning your email won’t be the first touchpoint)

8 – After 14-21 days we increase the volume with Cold Emails campaigns (don’t forget to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to avoid spam traps)

9 – Verify all emails with NeverBounce to keep the bounce rate below 0,5% - send to “verified” addresses only, we’ve tested multiple tools, NeverBounce always gets the best results.

10 - Use a good CRM, so you can track your leads and see the progress - it doesn’t matter if it’s HubSpot CRM or something else, the main thing is you don’t lose any leads in the long run.

11 - Improve your / your team’s sales process, because getting booked calls is amazing, make sure you generate sales consistently.

4 - Test, test, test - different templates / versions/ messages, the more you test - the faster you'll get a winner?

5 - Horizontal scaling strategies: increasing the weekly volume after getting the first feedback from the market, horizontal scaling means scaling something that works, more LinkedIn accounts if this channel works for you, or more cold email addresses if cold emails work best for you, (depends on the niche obviously).
