While everyone is talking about content, social media, and email, there is a secret B2B hack that many early-stage companies are using that is going unnoticed. Wondering what it is?
I will give you a hint.
We discussed a similar hack in this edition of the newsletter. Today’s hack is more of an extension of that.
This is nothing but collaborating with people in your ICP for different marketing activities. The most popular of them is a collaborative webinar or LinkedIn/YouTube live.
In this method, you invite people from your ICP as an expert speaker on a topic that is relevant to your business as well as theirs.
For example, if you are selling a marketing attribution software, you can conduct a LinkedIn Live on a topic like ‘3 attribution mistakes modern B2B businesses should avoid’ where the CMO of one of your target customers can be invited to share his/her expert opinions on the topic.
This way, you can build a relationship organically with multiple people in your ICP. When the time comes for them to purchase an attribution software, you stay top of their mind.
This also gives you additional reach since you will be able to leverage the speaker’s audience too. In addition, you get new content pieces that you can distribute and repurpose in different ways.
