B2B from another angle with Nata?a ?oli?
We have recently made commercials where you performed on screen. Share with us your experience. What was it like?
Had someone told me that it would have been that stressful, I wouldn’t believe them. I wasn’t ready for that amount of work for just a couple of seconds of a video. I was extremely nervous throughout the whole thing and I got blisters from high heels but I didn’t care. It was really fun and I would definitely do it again.
?What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think digitec Galaxus?
I knew that you are going to ask me that! I’ve been working here for two years now and I can only tell you positive things. I really much enjoy this no-pressure, stress-free environment and the flexibility of workflow. Something that one can really get used to quickly. I must admit that when I came here, I knew nothing about the company nor did I know about consumer electronics (hahaha). I feel free here, rid of, I can dress whatever I want, I can be barefoot in the office for example. ??
?You get CHF 10000.- voucher in digitec Galaxus, what is the first thing you buy?
A camera. I need a good, professional, state-of-the-art machine for making über quality pics. I recently bought one, but that’s not it, I need something better. After that, I’d buy all employees sweets and take pictures of them eating the sweets. You have never seen a sad person eating sweets. ??

Which of our values describes you the most?
Kooperativ. I became "kooperativ" when I came here, in the former company I wasn’t that much, probably because people weren’t also. Here I learned not only how to cooperate just with colleagues, but with clients as well.
Best day at work?
Ok, let’s talk about one working day. The best was when I got transferred to b2b, I was particularly happy when the training program started. By then, I didn’t have any contact with Swiss colleagues, but we were trained by them and that was really something. With them, everything is different, work ethics, relationship with clients, etc. They know how their clients think, that is what makes the job easier.
So you prefer b2b to regular CS?
Yes. They are more professional, there isn’t much need for empathy, there is no: “oh my cat died, please help me”, no “my child has birthday, I need this and that ASAP”. The biggest difference between private and business customers is the speed of closing the case. You can basically close 10 to 15 days per hour, you can use macros without the fear of sounding like a robot. You feel more productive when you deal with business customers. Private inquiries can sometimes have surreal questions that have no answer possible...
