The B2B buying process has evolved since Sana Commerce started in 2008, but Chief Technical Officer Arno Ham says the company is keeping up with the times.
Whereas in the past, B2B sellers interacted with their customers primarily through outbound sales calls, today, e-commerce is king and Sana, for its part, is working on building a crown.

Sana uses ERP systems as the engine for e-commerce, streamlining integrations and offering pre-built integrations for Microsoft Dynamics Navision, AX, and Business Central, along with support for SAP.
The company’s solutions allow for proactive customer support and data-driven decision-making. Arno says that digitization for B2B customers leads to “cost savings, more effective sales teams and revenue growth through self-service.”
