B Day - My day in 80 B Corps

Wake-up time is between 6.30 and 7.00, when I rise from my Auping bed (auping.com ) and Yumeko sheets and duvet (yumeko.nl ), walk downstairs in my AllBirds woolen shoes (allbirds.eu ), warm in the winter and ventilated in the warmer months.

I start with a delicious cup of Illy coffee (illy.com ), made with an Alessi coffee-maker (alessi.com ) sometimes with a touch of Alpro Barista oat milk (alpro.com ) or Danone yoghurt (danone.com ), followed by a good read of The Guardian online (theguardian.com ), then switch on my Fairphone (fairphone.com ) to read the headlines on Spark News (sparknews.com ).?A shower follows, using Weleda shower gel (weleda.com ), Davines shaving foam and after-shave (davines.com ), body lotion by Natural is Better (nbnaturalisbetter.com ), lip balsam by The Body Shop (thebodyshop.com ) and toilet paper by The Good Roll (thegoodroll.com ).?

Breakfast is with Holie granola (holiefoods.com ), a cup of Pukka Tea (pukkaherbs.com ).?I then use toothpaste by Tom’s of Maine (tomsofmaine.com ), wear trousers by Mr Marvis (mrmarvis.com ) or Mud Jeans (mudjeans.nl ), shoes by Veja shoes (deja-store.com ), put on a Patagonia jacket (eu.patagonia.com ), reading glasses by Izipizi (izipizi.com ) and switch on my desk lighting by i Guzzini (fratelliguzzini.com ), rummaging through my papers in a briefcase by Bellroy (bellroy.com ).

Coffee at mid-morning is by Moyee (moyeecoffee.com ) accompanied by a biscuit by Farm Brothers (farmbrothers.com ).

Frequently, I lunch with eggs on toast by Kipster (kipster.farm), greens by Bonduelle (bonduelle.nl ), olive oil by Fratelli Carli (oliocarli.it ), plant-based alternative products by Bonneterre (ecotone.bio), smoothie by Innocent Drinks (innocentdrinks.nl ), uisng kitchen utensils by Dille & Kamille (dille-kamille.nl ), ending with a bite of a chocolate bar by Tony Chocolonely’s (tonychocolonely.com ), and a short espresso by Nespresso (nespresso.com ).

Throughout the day, I bank with Triodos Bank (triodos.com ), wash my hands with Seepje (seepje.nl ), keep drinking water through my Dopper water bottle (dopper.com ), upoload files to colleagues using WeTransfer (wetransfer.com ), eat small bits of Pacari chocolate (pacarichocolates.uk ), use desk and computer cleaning spray by Delphis Eco (delphiseco.com ), check the web through Ecosia (ecosia.org ), occasionally visit Change(.)org (change.org ), Apolitical (apolitical.co ), Coursera (coursera.org ), Goodwings for hotel deals (goodwings.com ), Kickstarter for cool projects to support or learn from (kickstarter.com ), Lemonade insurance products (lemonade.com ) and financial news through Lombard Odier (lombardodier.com ).

If we walk after dinner, we may wear a rain jacket by Cortazu (cortazu.com ).

After dinner, I may watch a documentary by Participant Media (participant.com ), drink a small glass of Piper-Heidsieck champagne (piper-heidsieck.com ) followed by a cup of Aboca night tea (aboca.com ), then read a book bought through Bol (bol.com ).?Last night I reserved an escape holiday through nature house (nature.house), ordered a pair of sunglasses by Ace & Tate (aceandtate.com ) and a tube of sun cream by Naif (naifcare.com ). ?

To doze off, I listen to music, occasionally by Playing for Change (playingforchange.com ).?My wife insists I should apply body lotion on my face using Rituals body cream (rituals.com ).?Tomorrow, I’ll sleep in Amsterdam town and have just booked a room at Zoku (livezoku.com ) and hired a bike through Swapfiets (swapfiets.nl ). ?
