Again a couple of exhilarating days participating in Boersens Board education, where we went through some intriguing subjects.

The sessions included:

Day 3: “The annual report and audit, capital basis, financing and value creation”,

Day 4: “Digitization and new technologies, diversity and dilemmas”.

These topics are not only pertinent for board members but are also essential for any board to consider, given their significance in today's society.
